Notice is hereby given that Mark Cowart, Agent for Pembroke First Baptist Church, has made an application to the City of Pembroke for the following: The Petitioner requests a Site Plan Approval for Parcel #P06 16 006, located at 169 Church Street. The proposed use is an auxiliary building for the existing church. A public hearing on said petition will be held before the Pembroke Planning Commission on October 15, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at 353 N. Main Street. The Pembroke City Council will vote on the matter on November 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.
