Notice is hereby given that Jeffrey Hodges, agent for Bryan County School District, has made an application to the City of Pembroke for the following: The Petitioner requests a Conditional Use Permit for a "School" use to build a replacement High School, and associated campus, in the A-5 zoning district on Payne Drive, Parcel #016 004. The first hearing on said petition will be held before the Pembroke Planning Commission on August 20, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at 353 N. Main Street. The second and official public hearing will be held before the Pembroke City Council on September 14, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at 353 N. Main Street.
