The first hearing on said petition will be held before the Pembroke Planning Commission on February 19, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at 353 N. Main Street. The second and official public hearing will be held before the Pembroke City Council on March 9, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at 353 N. Main Street.
