Notice is hereby given that Southeast Housing Partners, Agent for Downtown Development Authority of Pembroke Georgia, has made an application to the City of Pembroke for the following: The Petitioner requests a Rezoning from B-2 (Village Commercial) to R-3 (Multi-Family Residential) to establish a “multiple family dwellings” use for Parcel #P02 02 001, located on Harn Street. The first hearing on said petition will be held before the Pembroke Planning Commission on February 19, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at 353 N. Main Street. The second and official public hearing will be held before the Pembroke City Council on March 9, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at 353 N. Main Street.
