A Public Hearing will held in the Pembroke City Hall at 353 N. Main Street in Pembroke on February 5, 2026, from 9:00 – 10:30 am and 6:00-7:30 pm.
The hearing's purpose is to obtain citizen input into the application's development, and review progress on previous CDBG grants, if applicable.
This project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended, and Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns are encouraged to apply, if funded, for the construction activities. A list of job training locations available to low-and moderate-income residents will be provided.
