The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist with the implementation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. Plans are to contract with a reputable consulting firm for grant writing, and, if funded, for grant administration and project management services, for a potential 2026 CDBG project.
The purpose of the project is to provide the following: Grant writing services to develop the associated language for submission, and administration of the project which is slated to include elements of a multi-activity application including Housing Rehabilitation, Reconstruction, Demolition/ Clearance, Water, Sewer, Street, and/or Drainage Improvements.
