Fort Stewart Forestry Branch will be burning in the following training area today, Tuesday, March 4:

1. A2.2 – 551 acres- Helicopter burn. Area is 14 miles NE of Bldg. 1- and 2-miles S of Richmond Hill fire tower.

Flames and smoke will not be visible from GA highway 144E.

Predicted winds are SE 5-13 MPH.
