Police Department
As members of the Pembroke Police Department we are all charged with the responsibility of serving and protecting the citizens and transients within the City of Pembroke.
The Pembroke Police Department vigorously responds to calls for law enforcement services, enforces all State and local laws and ordinances, protects life and property, investigates matter of criminal nature, preserves the peace, and strives to prevent crime disorder. We are guided by the ordinances enacted by the Mayor and City Council, the laws of the State of Georgia, an the Constitution of the United States of America.
We must strive to set a standard of excellence for others to follow, both individually and collectively. In keeping with this goal, we have adopted the following concise mission statement that reflects the fundamental principals of our agency. We feel this should be the cornerstone of each and every member of our agency's policing philosophy:
Court
Court starts at 8:00 AM. Court is held at City Hall, which is located at 160 North Main Street, Pembroke, GA 31321. You must pay before your court date or be present in court. If you fail to do either a license suspension and bench warrant will be issued, plus a contempt fee of $100.00.
Case(s) may be postponed up until 5:00 PM the Friday before your Court date for the following reason(s):
*Subpoena for other court hearing.
*Military deployment with fax from supervisor, E6 or above, & confirmation from court staff.
*Emergencies with proper verification.
No Cellphones or pagers allowing in court room. You will be asked to leave if you disrupt the court. Children are discouraged - please make other arrangements prior to your court date.

- Cash in person at the Pembroke Police Department located at 154 West Railroad Street between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday -- Except major holidays.
